Welcome to the new Advancement website: The one stop shop for events, news, making a gift, and interacting with the Brockport alumni and friends community!

We invite you to stay connected and utilize some of the tools to help you engage with fellow Golden Eagles. You may create a member profile that will enable you to navigate password-protected areas of the website to enable you to search for classmates, submit and view class notes.  You do not need a password for everything as you may update your contact information, register for events, explore alumni benefits and services, and much more by just surfing through the site. We have organized the site in larger buckets of information to help you find what you are looking for.

Below, you'll find a list of some of the most common questions and concerns we've encountered. If your question isn't on the list, please contact the Office of Alumni Relations at alumni@brockport.edu or 585-395-2068.

How do I login for the first time?

Click the link at the top right corner of the page where it says "Register Now!" You will need to provide your first & last name and your constituent ID number (your nine digit Banner ID number). If you do not have your Banner ID number please contact Alumni Relations at: alumni@brockport.edu or 585-395-2068. You may also find your Banner ID number above your address label on Kaleidoscope magazine.

Once your account has been created, another social media account can be used for the login process. This process is shown in the above YouTube video at the 4:40 mark.

At the login page, you one of the social media buttons located below, "Or login with another account." Before you choosing another account to login with, open a new tab in your internet browser. Using your new tab, enter the address of the social media site you wish to use and login to that account. Next, return to the alumni site tab and click the social media button associated with the account you have open in the other tab.

Next, you'll have to enter your email and password you used when creating your account on the alumni website to connect your two accounts. Please note: If you wish to use a connected social media account to login to the alumni website in the you must be signed in to that social media site in another internet browser tab.

I forgot my password or have an email issue

On the login page, there is a link next to the password box that gives you instructions on how to change your password. You will have to enter the e-mail address you used when registering your account and an email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.

When I try to login, I'm told my e-mail address can't be found. This means that the system has a different e-mail address associated with your account - perhaps you are using a different e-mail address and your account information is not up-to-date. Contact the Office of Alumni Relations at 585-395-2068 or alumni@brockport.edu.

How do I access the Online Directory?


There is a link to the online directory under the "Connect" tab in the green navigation bar at the top of the page. You must be logged in to view the directory.

How do I update my account information?

You do not have to be logged in to access to update your info. Simply click the "Update My Info" link at the top of the page under the "Connect" tab in the green navigation bar at the top of the page . You may also update your info when you are logged in as well. Just use the different tabs at the top of the page when you are logged in to update different sections of your account. Make sure to always save your changes before leaving a section.

Where can I view or submit a Class Note?


There is a link to Class notes under the "Connect" tab in the green navigation bar at the top of the page. You must be logged into the community to view or submit a class note.
